Shipping & Returns

Every Bin Waite is made to order in Goulburn, NSW. Please allow approximately four weeks for production before dispatch. Delivery time begins after dispatch, and tracking is supplied when available.

Standard delivery is $5 for eligible ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC orders under $239, and free when the order total reaches $239. A $49 regional and remote delivery surcharge applies to NT, TAS and WA. The exact delivery charge is shown before payment.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted when you contact us within 14 days of delivery and the product is unused, uninstalled and returned with all supplied parts. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or unsafe goods are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
